With 20+ years in financial services, Marc is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur.
Beyond Legacy, he champions empowerment through multiple ventures. The Marc Effron Foundation nurtures young athletes, Effron Productions brings inspiring stories to life, and M3 Capital drives strategic investments. A motivational speaker, mentor, and philanthropist, Marc continues to make a lasting impact in his community and beyond.

Marc’s personal journey began when he made a powerful decision to embrace change and take control of his life. From that moment forward, he dedicated himself to not only overcoming personal challenges but to helping others do the same. Through this journey, he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to break free from limiting beliefs and habits and achieve lasting transformation.
A JOURNEY OF PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
After finding sobriety in his 30s, Marc co-founded Legacy Healing Center, a multi-state recovery network rooted in holistic healing. His advocacy extends to producing impactful films on addiction and mental health, including collaborations with Jim Wahlberg on Circle of Addiction, What About the Kids?, and Out of the Ashes. Beyond recovery, Marc has influenced health and wellness, working with top athletes to introduce European-style soccer training in the U.S. and repurposing boxing therapy for at-risk youth in Pompano Beach, Florida. At home, Marc prioritizes family, striving to lead by example and continue his mission of spreading hope and transformation.
