Speaking My Truth
By my mid-20s, I was a vice president. I had the title, the paycheck, the trajectory—everything that was supposed to mean I'd made it.
I also had an addiction that quietly took it all apart. Cocaine, then alcohol, then a version of myself I didn't recognize. Within a few years, I'd lost my job and eventually my home. I know what it's like to have "made it" on paper and still end up with nothing.
I got sober in 2008. Not on the first try, and not easily. What I found on the other side wasn't just a second chance at a career. It was a completely different way of building a life, one that wasn't about proving anything to anyone else.
In 2016, I co-founded Legacy Healing Center with my business partner, Ben Fox, starting with three beds and a conviction that people deserve care they can trust. It’s grown into something much bigger than either of us expected. And it taught me that what helped me rebuild is what most people are looking for: real support and real accountability—people who don’t give up on you—whether they’re in crisis or quietly stuck.
Leaving a legacy and making an impact on the world is my purpose, and I want to help you become clear on yours.

Nobody rebuilds a life alone, no matter how much the story gets told that way. My wife's fingerprints are all over every part of it that truly worked.
She wasn't just there for the version of me that had it together. She was there for the version that didn't, and she stayed anyway. That's not a small thing. That's the thing.

The Boardroom
Some weeks I'm in rooms with people running major companies, teams, and investments. Conversations about growth, capital, and scale. I don't take that access for granted. Every time I'm in one of those rooms, I'm looking for the same thing: what's actually true here, underneath the performance? What can I learn, and who can I help?
The One-on-One
Other days, it's one conversation with one person who's struggling. Trying to get sober, trying to figure out what's next, trying to believe things can be different. That conversation matters exactly as much as the ones happening in the first room. Sometimes more.
The Sideline
And most Saturdays, I'm standing on the sideline of my own kids' soccer games, which, if I'm honest, matters to me as much as any World Cup match I've ever been part of. That's not a line. It's the room I care most about protecting.

Marc believes that clarity, discipline, and intentional action can transform the way people think, grow, and perform at every stage of life. Through coaching, speaking, and practical performance tools, his work helps individuals build the mindset, habits, and confidence needed to move forward with purpose.
The 90-Day Reset was created for people ready to commit to a structured process of building stronger habits, greater self-awareness, and lasting personal alignment through intentional daily action. SV2 America Tour 2026
JULY 24 – AUGUST 2, 2026
The Marc Effron Foundation was proud to support the SV2 Football Camp, an unforgettable experience designed to inspire and engage young athletes through the game they love. Participants had the opportunity to meet SV2, one of the world’s most recognized football content creators, take part in exciting football challenges, and enjoy a unique day focused on fun, confidence, teamwork, and personal growth.
More than a traditional camp, the SV2 experience created lasting memories while encouraging the values that help young people succeed both on and off the field. Open to players of all skill levels, the event brought together young athletes for a day of learning, competition, and inspiration alongside SV2 and his team. The Foundation was proud to help connect youth with opportunities that built confidence, character, and a lifelong passion for sports.
EFP Elite Summer Soccer Camp 2025
JULY 21 – 24, 2025
The Marc Effron Foundation sponsored the 2025 EFP Elite Summer Soccer Camp, a four-day advanced training experience for competitive players ages 8–16. Held at Broward College South Turf Field, the camp emphasized elite development in speed, agility, endurance, and mental focus. Led by experienced coaches, sessions blended technical skill work with strategic gameplay to prepare athletes for higher-level competition.
Participation was limited to ensure hands-on coaching, and all athletes were required to have prior club-level experience. Campers also received official training kits, access to recovery stations, and daily performance feedback. The program created a focused environment that challenged and empowered every player on the field.
Stellato Sports 17th Annual All-American Fundamental Showcase

The Stellato Sports All-American Showcase returned for its 17th year, offering a high-energy, one-day football skills event for athletes ages 6–17. Hosted by sports agent Sean Stellato, the showcase featured pro-level training in core athletic drills including the 40-yard dash, 3-cone drill, and shuttle run, plus specialized positional work. NFL players and coaches provided direct feedback, helping campers sharpen fundamentals and boost confidence.
Off the field, participants received lunch, a custom t-shirt, and the chance to meet celebrity guests for photos and autographs. The event focused on skill development, character building, and community, creating a memorable experience for young athletes and their families.
EFP Spring Break Camp
MARCH 24 – 27, 2025
The Marc Effron Foundation and EFP hosted a four-day Spring Break Camp that brought together over 80 young athletes, ages 8–16, for high-intensity soccer training and mentorship. Held at premium athletic fields in South Florida, each day was packed with technical drills, small-sided games, and sessions focused on agility, strength, and tactical awareness. Professional and collegiate-level coaches worked closely with each athlete to assess and elevate their individual performance.
The camp also emphasized character development through daily motivational talks and leadership activities. Campers enjoyed healthy recovery snacks, custom Senda Grip socks, and daily raffles with giveaways including Inter Miami jerseys and gear. The week concluded with a full scrimmage showcase for families and a recognition ceremony honoring standout players.
Discover Your Center Stage: A One-Day Speaker Intensive WorkshoP

Fort Lauderdale was the backdrop for Discover Your Center Stage, a powerful one-day speaker intensive workshop led by Marc Effron. Designed for aspiring and seasoned speakers alike, the event guided attendees through a four-pillar framework: message, mindset, mission, and speech design. Throughout the day, participants engaged in breakout exercises, peer feedback sessions, and on-camera practice to refine their delivery and storytelling techniques.
The energy in the room was high, with many attendees sharing personal breakthroughs and discovering new confidence in their voice. All participants left with a customized speaker strategy, professional-grade worksheets, and video footage of their speaking session. Lunch and networking opportunities added to the collaborative atmosphere.
